The efusjon compensation plan is similar to most MLM plans with one major difference; Community Overlap. It is also called a forced matrix which basically means that you will be paid on everyone in your matrix/pyramid whether you put them there or not. Each level of the matrix can only have a certain amount of people (level 1 can have 3 people, level 2 have 7, level 3 have 15, etc.). The matrixes overlap horizontally and vertically. You will be paid the same whether you or someone in your matrix signs someone up, 15 levels deep. This system circumvents the typical desire to sign up everyone directly below them because you will not benefit any more by doing so.
